I've placed my order, how long will my order take to reach me?
Once your order has been accepted turn around with Ireland is approximately two weeks. If your order is over a Bank Holiday or a particularly busy period it may take a little longer.
International orders are approximately three weeks.
Do you make other sizes of Wild Robes, I'm only 4'11 and a size 8?
Yes, custom sizes can be made. Please use the contact form and Ali will get back to you.
Can I return my order?
You can return your bespoke hand made to order Wild Robe if for some reason it is faulty. A replacement Wild Robe will be made for you once the original item has been returned.
Please note that under EU law bespoke items are exempt from regular exchange guidelines.
Can I wash my Wild Robe in the machine?
- Yes, you can machine wash your Wild Robe using mild detergent at 30°. Please note that detergents will erode the waterproofing of the outer layer of your Wild so keep machine washing to a minimum.
- Sponge washing that dirty mark is best.
- Don’t tumble dry a Wild Robe.
- Turn your washed wet Wild Robe inside out and back again a couple of times when drying, this is because the waterproofing on the outer layer of the fabric stops the air from getting to the bamboo/cotton fleece to dry it.
